Originally started in Durango as Aligned Technologies in 1996, AlignTec has provided IT and technical services to area businesses and homes over the years, creating many, long-lasting relationships that remain to this day.

Our History

We began our first wireless internet broadcast in 2004, northwest of town in Hidden Valley. Born out of necessity, this first network proved to be a challenge as there was not a lot of choice in quality commercial wireless equipment at the time. As the years passed, however, equipment quality and availability improved, and the number of customers grew. In 2013 we made the decision to take our services and coverage to a whole new level and within four years we went from covering a few select areas around the county, to almost the entire county of La Plata…and we’re still growing. We are proud of the products we offer and the personable customer service we are known for.
