AlignTec provides a wireless internet connection to the premises from one of our regional communications towers. Internet service speed plans start at 10Mbps download and 10Mbps upload, and speed availability is dependent on location. To determine if your location can be serviced, and what speeds are available, we must perform a site survey at your address to verify access to one of our towers, and ensure a suitable mounting location for our equipment.
